Pricing

In days of economic stress and rising health care costs, taking care of ourselves is more important than ever! To help you build a healthful lifestyle, Kaizen Fitness introduces economy friendly pricing. Every session is now a flat fee of $50. That's a 10 percent savings off the previously lowest priced session!

The initial session consists of: fitness assessment/nutrition counseling/goal setting.

Policies

1. Sessions last approximately one hour.

2. Time slots are available on a "first-come, first-served" basis by appointment.

3. Payment is due in advance of the scheduled sessions.

4. About cancellations:

a. No credit will be given for any workout unless it was canceled with at least 24 hours advance notification. Cancellations must be given by calling 678-697-3358 to be deemed effective.

b. You will not receive credit for more than one canceled workout per package sold (2 for 10 session package) unless we cancel, in which case you will receive credit for each canceled workout.

c. If you receive credit for a missed workout, you must use the credit within 60 days of the missed workout, or it will be waived.

d. Sessions/gift certificates sold are valid for one year from date of purchase.
